Organization Development & Talent Management (ODTM) Manager
Responsibilities:
- 1. Lead ODTM Department and initiate ODTM Strategy to support Corporate goals
- 2. Review Organization Structure & Leveling
- 3. Identify Company Core Competency to strengthen company strategy
- 4. Conduct Job Evaluation & Job Analysis (JAJE)
- 5. Set up Talent Pool Management
- 6. Build career path for leadership development
- 7. Establish Employee Development Plan thus employee have capability to achieve business plan.
Qualification:
1. Min. 5 years experience in ODTM and min. 2 years within a management role
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent (HR related) from reputable university
Recruitment Manager
Responsibilities:
- 1. Lead Recruitment Department and initiate a recruitment strategy to attract and retain qualified candidate
- 2. Analyze the addition of new employee request and give recommendation to authorized person to decide
- 3. Establish relationship with various sources in searching potential candidates
- 4. Lead the project management of recruitment events and exhibitions
- 5. Analyze the effectiveness of psycho test, interview, and other selection methods to increase the recruitment quality
- 6. Develop effective practices to facilitate hiring process and identifies qualified applicants
- 7. Set comprehensive induction program and evaluation for new employees
Qualification:
1. Min. 5 years experience in Recruitment and min. 2 years within a management role
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent (HR related) from reputable university
3. Have a wide networking to various sources with a proven ability to develop a strong network of contacts with the Universities’ Rector / Dean
4. Have excellent interview skills and market awareness of compensation & benefits
Training Manager
Responsibilities:
- 1. Lead Training Department and initiate a training strategy to equip employee to achieve Corporate goals
- 2. Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and set Training Curriculum for each Division / Department
- 3. Facilitate Employee Development Plan thus employee have capability to achieve business plan
- 4. Identifies needs and reviews recommendations for utilizing outside resources
- 5. Develop and ensures quality across all training team in order to be able to conduct in house training internally
- 6. Manage the quality of all training activities and related training materials to be aligned with business needs and constraints
- 7. Ensures training programs are implemented effectively, efficiently, and according to relevant quality standards
- 8. Develops and/or uses assessment and evaluation tools to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs / materials
Qualification:
1. Min. 5 years experience in Training & Development and min. 2 years within a management role
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of any discipline from reputable university. Advanced education in training and development preferred
3. Have a wide networking to various sources with a proven ability to develop a strong network of contacts with the Training Consultants / Providers
4. Eager to learn new things, fast learner, and able to transfer the skill & knowledge through train the trainers session
5. Ability to coach and train in a positive, upbeat manner
General Qualification for all positions:
1. English proficiency (verbal & written)
2. Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
3. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and management skill
4. Tough personality and high integrity
5. Show high degree of energy and passion to make things happen - being result oriented
6. Experience in HR operation and have a sound knowledge of strategic HR
